The app still need imrovement: a dictionary!

I was told how great this magazine is, but as i see now that i have subscribed thatbi have bought this magazine to support their advertisements.i really would like my money back. What a waste of time and money.

Ive downloaded O mag successfully before Newsstand, but not since. A message says to wait while new content is loading, but nothing ever happens. Frustrating, because I love the digital magazine.

Still cant download the magazine. I have only been able to read 3 so far. Money back, please. At what point does the tech team figure out the problem and fix it?

What has the iTunes store not provided the most current issue of the Oprah magazine? The February issue is already out on other sites (Zinio). I paid for an annual subscription and would like to receive the magazine in a timely manner.

Unable to download latest issue as well. Does no one read these comments!!!!!

Was very excited to subscribe to the magazine. First was no problem to download. Second issue had glitches but was able to get it. This month I could not download the copy. It would just jump me back to the store. I read the app support that said to delete the app and try again. Did that and am being charged again to subscribe... Please help or give me my money back. Disappointed.

Cant download again. Time to cancel.

This App is bad. I just subscribed, and first the current issue wouldnt download, now it wont open. Reinstalled and still it wont work!?!! Very frustrating.

I am extremely frustrated with O Magazine. It has been a problem since I subscribed. I have paid for a one year subscription and would like my money back! The latest problem is I tap on an old issue and it wont open, it sends me back to the newsstand. After several tries it allowed me to read the current issue. As a result I will never purchase another subscription through the app store for my I Pad. Back to the "paper newsstand" for me!! Please note, if there was a minus star to rate I would have clicked on it!

I am very frustrated. I have a subscription. All my back copies have disappeared and I have not been able to download the March edition. I am going to cancel. The help in FAQs has not been helpful Nd suggestions have not worked.

The app itself is fabulous. Interactive, bright, and very well thought out. The download is frustrating. Disappears, sometimes wont open. Old issues disappear Ive reinstalled twice. They need to fix the platform quickly. I have a subscription as well, and buying the magazine would be easier....even if the app itself is great.

now,it no longer works. It has been for the past two issues,which i cannot read. i downloaded them but it craps out. please fix. also,with IOS x.5 Oprah goe into newstand app and for sure,that is not helping. not my choice. thank you. sandra

I was very disappointed to learn that as a paid print subscriber of many years that I have to pay further for the online edition.... As this magazine is rather pricey for a subscription in Canada this seems like price gouging to me. I have subscriptions to a number of other magazines that give print subscribers free online access... Come on Oprah magazine - step up!

Im really enjoying this magazine on my new iPad. I love how interactive it is and downloading several issues hasnt been a problem at all. Interestingly, I am enjoying this magazine far more online than having the print version. Highly recommend it.

Looks like they have a lot of work to do on this app and fast!! I just subscribed and was able to download and view e current issue but a back issue I purchased n November will not load and keeps crashing the app. Wi so many frustrated and unhappy customers I think it would be wise to extend the subscriptions of those suffering through these learning pains. I do not have these issei with my other subscriptions so they should have been able to fix this before now.

I love OPRAH but she needs a light bulb moment to get this app working. I have not been able to download the last two months. It states another issue is being processed but it is not true. If I could I would ask for my money back but I dont think that will happen. It has not worked well since I got purchased it. So far on this site there has only been one happy customer. Very disappointing!

This is just a load of feminist garbage, with an egomaniac that puts her OWN face on every magazine she has ever made. She OWNs all women, tells them what to do,read,wear,say and believe and women everywhere are nothing but sheep to follower this trash. Why dont women use their own brains instead of letting someone like Oprah lead them around like children. -5 stars.

This shows up in updates all the time and it wont download...how can you stop the installation and remove this from your ipad? THANK YOU!

I can not open my May issue...keeps sending back to newsstand. I paid for a years subscription and thats what I expect! Other subscriptions work fine...whats up. Driving me crazy!! I complained in may it is now August, same problem. Obviously no one is listening so... Apparently it is ok to take peoples money and provide no explanation! WOW what happened to customer satisfaction?
