Open please

I can not open my May issue...keeps sending back to newsstand. I paid for a years subscription and thats what I expect! Other subscriptions work fine...whats up.
Driving me crazy!!
I complained in may it is now August, same problem. Obviously no one is listening so... Apparently it is ok to take peoples money and provide no explanation! WOW what happened to customer satisfaction?
